We knew this project would be a fun one to work on after we met with the lovely team at Luminos Labs and pitched a concept that reflected their people first approach to making digital commerce easy to understand. Our conversational script lent itself to explaining how a tricky and complicated process is made simple as your technology works for you, all supported by a friendly team.

We developed a visual style that meant we could clutter the animation with digital commerce items, whilst throwing focus on a pair of animated hands that act in tandem with the VO. One represents Luminos Labs, and the other is you.

By simplifying our characters down to voice and hands, we were able to animate in a way that shows the two working through and understanding the process together as our customer’s commerce platform becomes organised, and their timeline and budgets optimised.

We gave the whole thing some bright colours, some warm moments of animation, and the result was a piece that Luminos Labs were thrilled with.
