During a trying year for everyone worldwide, the team at MediaNerd felt they must use their voice to show their support and thanks for those battling Covid-19 on the front lines.
Saying thank you
What better way to say thank you and raise some awareness than doing what we do best. We wanted to show our appreciation to everyone doing such inspiring work on the frontline to fight Covid-19, to all the unsung heroes helping to keep things going and to those helping the vulnerable in our communities.

With a focus on friendly and positive visuals that are merged with the MediaNerd branding guides, our team created a beautiful blend of 2D characters within stylised, minimalist 3D environments.
The characters were designed to focus on the diversity and variety of heroes that were risking themselves for others during the Covid-19 first wave lock down in the UK. Coupled with big and bold camera movements, we really wanted to sell the idea that people working in the public services are real heroes!
