SKO TEAM INTRODUCTION
RED HAT
With no less than 4 weeks we developed a concept and produced a creative way to introduce Red Hat’s new EMEA leadership team. This animation was used to kick off day 2 of their virtually attended EMEA Sales Kick Off event. Let the games begin!
This idea drew on inspiration taken from video games trailers and racing as a fun way to introduce the ELT that wouldn’t be expected. This animation was set in a digital world and the main idea was to create a fun way of showing so many ELT members coming together to overcome a challenge.
Taking inspiration from racing games like Mario Kart, we saw this animation being a race between the ELT, however, instead of it being about who wins, we will focus on the ELT going on a journey together (taking the same routes), overcoming challenges.
Ideas included the teams coming together to form a stronger team. We also introduced each member will hand illustrations drawing inspiration from F1 grid line ups.
The metaphor was well received because it is fun, shows collaboration and gets all the ELT on screen without having to get them heavily involved. This was so well received that all the team members requested their character illustrations.
Another fun project delivered successfully whilst hitting some PB’s along the way!
